Wet Iguanas
Wet Iguanas emerged from the deep friendship between Hugo and Marc, a project inspired by their shared need to express life’s highs and lows: experiences, loves, heartbreaks, parties, and adventures. Their music captures this personal connection, resonating with audiences through lyrics that convey genuine emotions.
Unrestricted by a specific genre, Wet Iguanas draws inspiration from diverse musical movements. Their sound reflects the raw energy of the 90s New York underground scene, the rise of garage rock bands in early 2000s Britain, and the spirit of legendary performances by classic rock bands at some of the world’s most iconic festivals. Additionally, they are deeply influenced by the ongoing renaissance of indie rock in Spain, which fuels their creativity and keeps their music fresh. This fusion of influences creates a sound that feels both nostalgic and modern, making their music relatable and captivating.
